Useful things to include

• A puzzle that looks wrong: the game and the puzzle number (shown above the board, for example “Sudoku No. 12”), and what you expected to happen. Every puzzle is checked by a program for a single solution, so a report usually points to a bug worth fixing.
• A problem with the site: your browser and device, and the steps that lead to it.
• Suggestions: new games, features, or changes to difficulty.
• Privacy requests: see the Privacy page for what is stored and your rights.
• Permissions: printing for yourself, a classroom or a club is fine without asking; republishing puzzles needs written permission, as the Terms explain.

What not to send

Your saved games live only in your browser, so they can’t be recovered or moved by email. Please don’t send passwords or other sensitive personal information.
